These terms govern your use of the Kairos Halo website and the inquiries and bookings you make through it. Please read them before using the site.
By accessing or using the Kairos Halo website (the "Site"), submitting an inquiry, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only — to learn about Kairos Halo, request information, and book consultations. You agree not to:
The Site and its content — including the Kairos Halo name, logo, branding, text, graphics, layout, and design — are owned by Kairos Halo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal or business‑evaluation purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it for commercial use without our prior written permission. Trademarks and brand names of third parties shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
Kairos Halo offers digital services such as custom websites and related work. Descriptions of these services on the Site are for general information and do not constitute an offer or a binding quote. Submitting a project inquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, guarantee availability, or lock in pricing or timelines.
Any engagement for paid services will be governed by a separate agreement, proposal, or statement of work that we provide and that you accept. Those documents — not these Terms — set the scope, price, payment, and delivery terms for specific work.
When you book a consultation, you are requesting a time; the appointment is confirmed once we accept it. We may reschedule or decline requests, and consultation times are subject to availability. Consultations are provided for discussion and evaluation and do not by themselves create an ongoing service relationship. Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, error‑free, or up to date, and it should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide through our forms, and you agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, or the personal information of others without authority. By submitting information, you grant us permission to use it to respond to and act on your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send us sensitive personal information or confidential material that you do not want shared as part of handling your inquiry.
The Site may link to third‑party websites, including partner and affiliate sites. We provide these links for convenience and do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third‑party sites, their content, or their practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.
The Site features a directory of partners and affiliates. A Kairos Halo partner relationship means the business is currently approved to participate in our partner program at the time it appears — it is not a guarantee or endorsement of that business, its products, services, employees, or outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions when dealing with a partner.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairos Halo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the Site.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its features at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site, or decline to respond to inquiries, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Site. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
Kairos Halo is developing membership, rewards, digital wallet, tap‑to‑connect (NFC), Halo Discoveries, and related commerce features. These are not available to the public today and are not offered under these Terms. When such a feature launches, it will be introduced with its own terms and disclosures, and these Terms will be updated as needed before the feature becomes available.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Kairos Halo operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
Note for site operator: specify the governing jurisdiction (state/country) and, if desired, the venue for disputes, once the operating entity and location are confirmed. Do not present a jurisdiction here until it is accurate.
